Talent management system ClearCompany will become the first company to introduce Indeed’s proprietary virtual interviewing technology.
Indeed, the recruitment giant owned by Recruit Holdings, has hosted over 3.7 million interviews.
Active for 18 years, ClearCompany provides software and best practices for companies to hire, retain, and engage hundreds of thousands of workers. It says its “unified platform” covers hiring and onboarding, headcount planning, performance management, employee engagement, and company-wide goal alignment.
“Indeed Interview is purpose-built to facilitate virtual interviewing — creating a job seeker-first experience and enabling a more efficient hiring process for employers,” said John Fox, vice president of global product commercialization and marketplace at Indeed.
“Our integration with Indeed Interview gives ClearCompany users another powerful tool to leverage for engaging and efficient recruiting processes,” said Christine Rose, senior vice president of customer success and operations at ClearCompany.
Indeed has worked with interview scheduling automation company Cronofy on the technology. U.K.-based Cronofy, which works with over 70 applicant tracking systems (ATS) worldwide, says it will progressively make Indeed Interview available as a videoconferencing option to all its ATS clients.
“Now, all recruiting software companies that use Cronofy for interview scheduling can easily enable Indeed’s virtual interviewing service for their customers,” said Adam Bird, co-founder and CEO of Cronofy.
Owned by Japan-based Recruit Holdings, Indeed.com is the no. 1 recruitment site in the world in terms of traffic and revenue. With sites in over 60 countries and 28 languages, more than 250 million people search for jobs, post resumes, and research companies on Indeed each month.
