U.K.-headquartered international recruitment company Gravitas Recruitment Group has announced three pieces of news to help it achieve its growth strategy.
Kurt Schreurs (LinkedIn profile) has been appointed global chief revenue officer. Schreurs joins from the FTSE-listed international STEM specialist recruiter SThree, where he spent over 20 years in different roles, most recently as MD for various European territories and Dubai, Singapore and Japan. As a member of the company’s executive committee he was responsible for managing 1,200 employees and around 6,000 contractors. The company places around 15,000 in new roles each year.
In his new role, Schreurs will be responsible for advancing the company’s sales and expansion plans and steering the sales team towards new breakthroughs from 2023 that will positively impact global revenues. Schreurs’ will work in a global role and focus on Northern Europe, Asia and the U.K. markets.
Gravitas also announced the opening of an office in Germany and the appointment of Guido Sieber as German country director. It also said it plans to open another office in Northern Europe shortly.
