Madrid-based digital temping agency JobAndTalent has appointed Melanie Bochmann (LinkedIn profile) as its director of communications and public affairs. Prior to joining JobAndTalent, Bochmann had been director of corporate communications at Berlin-based on-demand delivery app Delivery Hero. She has also worked as a content marketing manager, a public relations manager and as a magazine editor. Bochmann has both an MA and a BA in media communications from the University of Technology Chemnitz.

JobandTalent uses artificial intelligence to match individuals to temporary work opportunities in warehousing, logistics and light industry. In its last funding round (December 2021), the company was valued at more than €2 billion ($2.0 billion U.S.).
